The first litter of AKC Sheltie puppies are here! They are Sable and White and they should mature around 17-23 pounds. They will come with Full AKC Registration. Bandit Female 1 has a half white collar. Her parents have tested clear/normal for DM, MDR1, CEA, and VWD3-Shet. Bandit Female 1 will also be clear/normal for these conditions. Her parents had an exceptionally nice first litter and this litter appears to also be exceptional. Bandit Female 1 will have a vet check, be microchipped, and she will be current on vaccinations and worming prior to leaving for her new home. The puppies are from Sheltie breeder friends of mine from Nevada. The puppies from these breeders are always well socialized with kids, cats, and other dogs. These breeders have very nice puppies that are excellent with children. Pre-Covid times, I would take their puppies to the Riddle library where I volunteer to take part in story time. The puppies were always a big hit with the children. My own Shelties came from these breeders. Bandit Female 1 will come with her health records, her AKC registration, an offer for a month of free pet insurance, a gallon bag of the quality kibble she eats, a bottle of her daily heart worm preventative, a collar, leash and harness, several toys and treats, and a few other fun items. A $800 deposit will hold your puppy until she is ready to leave for her new home around the third weekend in May. Deposits are accepted in cash or through PayPal with an added 4% fee. The deposit minus the PayPal fee will be applied to the adoption fee. Due to the Coronavirus, we are meeting people at a location away from our house and gloves and a mask are required by everyone present. We aren't shipping puppies at this time, but I can give you the name of a very reasonably priced pet transporter who works on the West coast. Larry is excellent with animals and he's very reliable. I've used his transport services many times. The cost of the transport is the responsibility of the buyer. We're located in Riddle, Oregon which is right off I-5 between Roseburg and Grants Pass.
