Additional information: Hello! Thank you for your interest in our Lab
puppies .  I've just hopefully sent out a link to
our Google Album for our available puppies ! We’d
love to learn more about you as well as share more
information about us! What can you tell me about
the environment you’ll be welcoming your puppy to?
For example : A home with a yard? Very active and
love the outdoors , or love to stay home and play
in the yard ? Tell me about your previous
experience with present or past beloved family fur
companions :) What part of the Globe 🌎 do
you live ? Hobbies ? I've sent out a email prior
to this one that goes into greater detail about
us. We are always happy to hear from you anytime !
Through the many years of involvement with the
breed we have met and placed our puppies
with wonderful families who share their stories
and memories daily on our Facebook .We are
thrilled and love our friendships with
them ❤️ For the last several years
our puppies are reserved before and shortly after
arrival through our waiting lists :) Your very
welcome to contact via email /phone / text anytime
to discuss current availability. We always enjoy
the chance to chat via a phone interview , before
we move forward. Just as it's extremely important
for you to choose your new puppy from a ethical
and reputable Breeder , it's just as important for
us to ensure our puppies are going home with the
best of families :)  We breed the traditional
black, yellow and chocolate Labradors.  We have
puppies too young for vaccinations  and are very
careful with exposing our babies to viruses that
can come with visitors. We have learned and
practice the best of BioSecurity. Something our
families waiting on their puppies
appreciate ❤️ Our first priority in
our breeding program is health and temperament &
the standard look of an AKC Labrador Retriever.
Our breeding program is tailored more to the
English style Labrador. Our Labradors
are currently DNA tested by PPG and Embark ,
that American Kennel Club & breed clubs request of
breeders.  All of our dogs have hip clearances
of excellent or good and elbows all normal
through  the Orthopedic Foundation of America.  We
test for the following , including OFA Hips,
Elbow, Heart, EIC, HNPK, eye clearances and
genetically screen our Labs for over 163 canine
diseases with Embark! Many of our dogs are Show
Champions and Gran’d Champion Show Champions ,or
the son of Show Champions. We also have titled
Hunt Tests Labs , Vested Service Dogs and Search
and Rescue K9’s !We have found that using a dog
that has titled reflects the personal investment
we have made to showcase the dedication we have
for our Labradors. ( we don’t just breed puppies
to have puppies, a dedicated Breeder will have
Labs personally bred by them that have titled, and
the investment the BREEDER makes themselves into
their own breeding program.) A show dog has to
have patience, confident and like people to
compete in a show ring. They are touched, handled
and mouths opened by hundreds of strange people on
a regular basis. Temperament is important! Our
puppies are well socialized beginning the first
week after they are born. We incorporate a method
called the “Bio Sensor Program “ ( additional
emails will contain more information) that is used
to develop a confident, smart, ready to learn
puppy and dog. We also temperament test our
litters ensuring a balanced progress in
development. Puppy ————————————- Currently all
of our puppies are placed at 8-9 weeks for
$3400.00 on AKC limited registration
(non-breeding) . Delivery Shipping is an
additional $200.00. They are registered with
the American Kennel Club . A written Guarantee
and Puppy Contract (also viewable in our website)
and a complete puppy packet including information
about shots & medications is given with each
puppy. (Reserved with $1500.00 deposit and
$1500.00 (n/a for Started Dogs/ Puppies, please
inquire specifically for availability and pricing
) due on adoption/delivery day.) While puppies are
not allowed to visit until after their first set
of vaccines ( we are careful with exposure) we do
welcome any visit prior on the weekend that we
have an open house. Due to the COVID 19
restrictions we have a new protocol in place. We
will share more in upcoming emails our flight
Nanny is available to meet at your nearest aiport
applicable for receiving us , or we will meet you
near your home location (this varies as you might
need to drive to the nearest city on our delivery
route). We are always happy to share updates via
text, email and talk with you anytime. After
vaccinations and our puppies are safe, at
8-9 weeks we allow them to leave for your home. We
post pictures and videos frequently on our Google
Album for each litter! Our Started
Puppy availability changes often as we see the
request for them increase. I’m always happy to
discuss who we have in training anytime. Started
puppies are priced $3400.00 (puppy) $350.00 week
training fee, ( the course is 9 weeks (the first
week is on is) charges are $350.00 per week / 8
weeks. If you would like to place your name on our
wait list, Please let us know if you would like to
schedule a phone interview (we do not accept
reservations for puppies without first speaking
with you ). A $200.00 Waitlist Reserve Guarantee’s
your name on our list, whereas those who do not
have a name on our list ,will not be contacted
when the puppies are available. Given the high
demand and the numerous emails we receive daily
this is the fairest we can be for our families.
Your pick of a puppy is determined by the
date your deposit is received. Our wait time for
puppies is usually lengthy , 2 months or as long
as a year. It can be less depending on the
interviews I go through to determine which of our
applicant families would be the best fit for our
puppies. We are one of very few Breeders who
conduct over 173 genetic health screens for our
Labrador’s including OFA clearances for structural
clearances for Hips  and Elbows . We test the
